This is generally a young girl between the ages of four and six, although there is some variation to this. She will be completely dolled up in a gorgeous dress and with her hair beautifully styled. Such a beauty is sure to steal the show as she tosses fragrant flower petals onto the aisle in preparation of your big entrance. In addition to the dresses these youngsters wear, flower girl baskets are among the most important aspect of their look. The Material. The material of flower girl baskets is most typically a wicker material. This may be any shade or hue, but most traditionally a white wicker basket is the choice. Keep in mind that these petals will be on the ground as you walk down the aisle, so choosing the exact same hue as your own petals may or may not create your desired effect.
